In commemoration of the 91st birthday of the Viharadhipathi of the Buddhist Institute located on Watarappala Road, Mount Lavinia, the Most Venerable Diviyagaha Yasassi Nayaka Thera, a series of meritorious religious activities was conducted in Anuradhapura. In parallel with these religious observances, a charitable donation programme was held for expectant mothers, during which dry rations and other essential items were distributed.
