In line with the government’s commitment to achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, the 50MW wind power project developed by Hayleys Fentons Limited in Mullikulam, Mannar, was inaugurated this morning (15) under the patronage of President Anura Kumara Dissanayake.
