An 18-member National Netball pool has been selected following the preliminary trials held at Bandaragama Indoor Stadium.Experienced players, including former national captains Gayani Dissanayake, Gayanjali Amarawansa and Dulangi Wannithileke, have been named in the squad. Seasoned goal shooter Thisala Algama and Thilini Wattegedara, both with prior Asian Championship experience, are also included.
