Police have taken steps to initiate strict disciplinary action against the Officer‑in‑Charge (OIC) of the Colombo Crime Division (CCD) who allegedly hosted a birthday celebration for Ishara Sewwandi, a prime suspect in the murder of underworld figure ‘Ganemulla Sanjeewa’.
