One of Sri Lanka’s most eminent historians, Senior Professor Dr. W.I. Siriweera, has passed away following a spell of ill-health. His remains lie at Araliya Lodge, Jayaratne Funeral Parlour, Colombo 8 for the public to pay their last respects. His cremation takes place on Saturday March 28th at 2:00 p.m.
