Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has issued No Objection Certificates (NOCs) to fast bowler Eshan Malinga and wicket keeper batsman Kusal Mendis after they cleared the fitness Test. Malinga has been approved to take part in the Indian Premier League (IPL), while Kusal Mendis has been cleared to feature in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) (Peshawar Zalmi team) while Dunith Wellalage also earlier cleared to play for PSL.
