For a country that has produced countless great poets over the years, Sri Lanka’s appreciation of its poetry scene can sometimes seem a bit lacklustre. But, no more, as Poe3LK, an organization dedicated to building up the poetry community in Sri Lanka, gears up for World Poetry Day Poetry Festival, a one-day poetry festival that will feature several renowned poets and provide a space for the existing and aspiring poets of Sri Lanka to nourish and grow their passion.
