The United National Party (UNP) General Secretary and former Member of Parliament Thalatha Athukorala yesterday charged that Government agencies and members keep providing conflicting reports about the damage caused by Cyclone Ditwah and this has hampered recovery and relief efforts. She also charged that the Government failed to act on and properly disseminate early warning data regarding the cyclone.
