Ilankai Tamil Arasu Kachchi (ITAK) Parliamentarian Sivagnanam Shritharan has stated that his party will not support the No-Confidence Motion (NCM) brought against Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya by sections of the Opposition, describing the move as politically motivated and lacking factual basis. Speaking to the media, Shritharan said that the country is in urgent need of comprehensive educational reforms, noting that Sri Lanka’s education standards are lagging behind those of many other nations.
