Transport Minister Bimal Ratnayake told Parliament yesterday that 650,000 users were registered yesterday after a new feature has been added to the re-implemented National Fuel Pass system to address the difficulties faced by the public earlier when trying to obtain the QR code of a previously registered vehicle.
