A trilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Sri Lanka, India, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in an effort to refurbish the Trincomalee oil tank farm, Cabinet Spokesman, Health and Mass Media Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa said. He stated that an additional Rs.32 billion has been allocated over the next three years to support the extensive restoration process, with physical renovation work already underway in line with the MoU.
