The No-Confidence Motion (NCM) decided to be brought by the Opposition against Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya as the Education Minister will be given priority in accordance with the Standing Orders of Parliament, Leader of the House, Minister Bimal Ratnayake told Parliament yesterday (8).
