Minister of Public Security and Parliamentary Affairs Ananda Wijepala told Parliament today that Pulastini Mahendran, alias Sarah Jasmine, a key member of Saharan Hashim’s network involved in the Easter Sunday bombings, is not dead, contrary to previous claims by the former government.
