Chief Opposition Whip Gayantha Karunathilaka made a request in Parliament yesterday to give the Chairmanship of the Parliamentary Select Committee proposed by the Opposition to conduct a comprehensive review of the alleged lack of preparedness to minimise the damage caused by Cyclone Ditwah to the Opposition. He also requested that the composition of the committee be changed.
