Judge allows Woods to leave US for treatment, Ryder Cup captaincy off

MIAMI — A Florida judge ruled Wednesday that Tiger Woods can leave the United States to seek "comprehensive inpatient treatment" after his arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence.
