The Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the Russian Federation, Shobini Gunasekera, was invited to speak at the XI Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum held in November 2025, under the theme “Building Bridges: Partnership without Borders”. She presented a conceptual framework of 7n key vectors that define contemporary international relations and facilitate dialogue among States.
