Georgia's Brad Raffensperger recovers $6.7M for Ponzi scheme victims

Eight months after the collapse of an alleged $140 million Ponzi scheme, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced a third of the victims will obtain a $6.7 million settlement.
