The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) assists to upgrade the livelihood of small-scale entrepreneurs in North Central Province by increasing their production capacity and quality of production. A programme was launched recently at Anuradhapura for distributing various types of advanced manufacturing equipment used in drying, crushing and grinding cereals, grains, etc.
