India’s External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar arrived in the country yesterday for talks with President Anura Kumara Dissanayake and senior Government officials. He was welcomed at the airport by Deputy Tourism Minister Ruwan Ranasinghe and Indian High Commissioner Santosh Jha.
