We refer to our announcement dated November 12, 2025 and wish to inform that DFCC Bank has received approval from the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, in terms of Section 12(1)(c) of the Banking Act No. 30 of 1988 (as amended), to proceed with the proposed acquisition. Following receipt of this regulatory approval, DFCC Bank will proceed with the next phases of the transaction, including the planned migration and integration activities.
