The Presidential Secretariat has informed the public that a news item circulating on social media under the title “Rapid Complaint Handling Procedure for Irregularities Involving Grama Niladhari,” which contains fraudulent hotline and direct telephone numbers and claims to be issued by the Presidential Secretariat, is inaccurate and deceptive and urged the public to refrain from sharing unverified information.
