Port City Colombo was having conversations with half a dozen investors and those investments will transpire to further USD 600 to 850 million which will crystallize over the next three to four years, CHEC Port City Colombo Deputy Managing Director Thulci Aluwihare told the economic summit held recently in Colombo.
