The Western Province South Crime Division arrested five individuals yesterday (10), including a former army soldier who had been released on bail just 20 days ago after serving time for a previous murder. Authorities seized a motorcycle, three fake number plates, four mobile phones, and 15 grams of heroin during the operation.
