In a swift and coordinated response to the adverse weather conditions affecting the country, the Sri Lanka Navy has deployed relief teams to provide critical assistance to affected communities. The deployment, which commenced on Saturday (November 22), spans the Southern, Eastern, Northwestern and North Central Provinces. These Naval teams are conducting ongoing disaster relief operations, working in close coordination with the Disaster Management Centre (DMC) to ensure the safety and well-being of the public.
