Due to the adverse weather conditions prevailing across Sri Lanka, 45,000 power outages have been reported so far, and more than 28,000 of those have already been restored by noon yesterday (27), Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) Deputy General Manager Noel Priyantha said.
