MANILA, Philippines — The battle over explicit online content that could reach children continued Friday as sexy star Salome Salvi appeared at the Makati City Prosecutor’s Office while vlogger Brian Babilonia skipped his second consecutive hearing, prompting the preliminary investigation to be reset to April 16.
