Eleven young vocational trainees, who underwent a practical and theoretical training programme at an Entrepreneur Development Training Programme on New Business Creations, at the Technical College, Kalutara received certificates (NVQ ) at a ceremony held at the Techncal College’s Career Guidance Unit Hall recently.
