THE Third Party Monitoring Team (TPMT), an independent international body tasked with overseeing the implementation of the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro, called on the Philippine government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) to reaffirm their commitments under the landmark accord, warning that delays in its execution have placed the peace process at a “very sensitive juncture.”
