Gatchalian wants Senate inquiry on new procurement law to protect fiscal integrity

FOLLOWING landmark reforms he instituted in the budgeting process as chair of the Senate Committee on Finance, Senator Win Gatchalian has filed a resolution seeking an inquiry into the implementation of the new Government Procurement Act in a bid to promote integrity in the use of public funds.
