4 tax evasion charges vs Curlee Discaya filed in court

MANILA, Philippines – Prosecutor General Richard Anthony Fadullon has confirmed that four tax evasion cases were filed against Pacifico "Curlee" Discaya before the Court of Tax Appeals (CTA) after initial delays due to the filing of a motion for reconsideration.
