Mary worked as a journalist in Africa, the US and Asia, before moving to Australia in 2009. She was the Business Producer for CNN in Hong Kong and has reported and produced for the South China Morning Post, Agence-France Presse, NPR and Channel Nine. With the ABC she has reported on federal politics from Parliament House, covered local news in Canberra and worked on the international desk.
