10%關稅啟動 川普警告不可耍滑頭！

（德國之聲中文網）美國從周二（2月24日）起對所有未獲豁免的進口商品徵收10%的新關稅。這一稅率是川普总統上周五宣佈的，但一天後他曾改口徴税15%。美國海關與邊境保護局（CBP）表示按照總統第一次的宣佈徵收新關稅。
