A feud between rival groups of a homeowners' association in a subdivision in Las Pinas City turns violent on March 4, 2026 after court-appointed sheriffs from the Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC) arrived to enforce a writ of execution intended to transfer the authority over all association assets and common areas from the incumbent board, led by Euan Rex Torralballa, to the one led by Jose Deo Aguinaldo under the BF Resort Village Talon Homeowners Association Inc.
