Members of 23 families who were displaced in the Rendapola Haggala area of Nuwara Eliya due to landslides and floods caused by Cyclone Ditwah have been living in temporary tents for the last three months. The houses of these families have been completely destroyed and the NBRO has designated the area they earlier lived in as unsuitable for human habitation.
