TL;DR, while we find the actions of the Trump administration disappointing - based on their anti-interventionist campaign promises vs. the interventionist reality - there can be little doubt (given the speed and breadth of action) that kneejerk protests emerging within minutes of an event are clearly manufactured, aimed at leftist youth, and risk alienating antiwar conservatives.
