North Korea leader Kim Jong-un is looking to meet US President Donald Trump for a second summit, after writing a “very warm, very positive letter” to Trump. Relations between the two countries had cooled following the cancellation of Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s visit to Pyongyang in August.
