South Korean President Moon Jae-in is in Pyongyang for the first time. Moon is meeting North Korean leader Kim Jong-un for the third time this year to revive nuclear talks. Kim had earlier promised to denuclearise the Korean peninsula, but was criticised by US President Donald Trump for slow progress.
