Ex-Nissan boss Ghosn in Lebanon after fleeing ‘rigged Japanese justice system’ | South China Morning Post
Former Nissan and Renault CEO Carlos Ghosn announced on December 31, 2019, that he had fled Japan and arrived in Lebanon. Ghosn had been on bail awaiting trial in Japan on charges he raided Nissan’s corporate resources for personal gain and under-reported his own salary.
