Malaysian budget carrier AirAsia is looking to return some planes to lessors to shrink the size of its fleet. Announcing the plans on October 8, 2020, the airline’s CEO Tony Fernandes said AirAsia is making the move to weather the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
