Suspect, US Capitol Police officer killed after car ramming attack | South China Morning Post

One police officer was killed and another was injured after a vehicular attack on US Capitol grounds in Washington on April 2, 2021. The suspect, who exited the vehicle brandishing a knife and lunged at the officers, was fatally shot by police, acting Capitol Police chief Yogananda Pittman said.
