Meet Mr Happy Face, winner of the World's Ugliest Dog contest | South China Morning Post

The World’s Ugliest Dog Contest returned to Petaluma, in the US state of California on June 24, 2022, after a two-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic. An awkwardly hobbled Chinese crested crossed chihuahua, sporting a mohawk, called Mr Happy Face, took home the title of the “World’s Ugliest Dog”.
