The Indonesian Light Rail Transit (LRT), which has been delayed for years, finally launched a Greater Jakarta service to two satellite cities, including Bogor and Bekasi on August 28, 2023. Officials believe the LRT will go a long way to alleviating Jakarta's traffic congestion and pollution problems.
